Our Factory

Viga owns Kifun Toy Manufacturing and Kifun Wood with 100% ownership. Both are located in the industrial park of Ningbo, which takes only 30 minutes by car from our factory to the port.

· Kifun Toy Manufacturing, founded in 2002, covers an area of 20,000 m² with about 25,000m² workshops, warehouse and office. We have the most advanced machinery like CNC, UV printing machine, laser cutting, automatic container loading system, etc. to control the consistent quality and lower the cost. We also take care of our environment by establishing the solar power generation, sewage treatment station and dust absorption system. Our factory was interviewed and reported by CCTV (China Central Television) in 2018 for its concentration and dedication on wooden toys.

· Kifun Wood, founded in 2009 and one of the biggest beech wood importers in East China, imports the wood directly from Germany, France, Romania, Ukraine etc. Kifun Wood allows us to control the raw material quality and reduce the cost.

We regard safety as our first priority.

We will make plain samples for all new products first, and our engineers will conduct internal testing & risk assessment with higher standard to ensure the structural safety, and then send the painted samples to third-party laboratories for official testing based on client’s requirement.

Our QA and QC team are proficient in latest product regulations of different countries and strictly abide by it from design, sample making, risk assessment, raw materials and production, we execute the AQL standard operating procedure at every stage of production to ensure the high quality standard.
